While this book had the majority of its content written during a formal education program, it has its genesis in everyday life and the stories that make us who we are. We have been interacting with each other from the time we are born, and hope to keep it that way until we grow old. There is wisdom in stories, there is education in stories. There is always a chance to learn from someone’s experience, and in some cases relate it to your own.Reliving these experiences from an adult perspective allowed the writers to utilize emotional and social intelligence to show where there are still opportunities in everyday interaction to grasp those lessons now if you missed them earlier. The good thing about emotional intelligence is that it can be taught.
